DOG FRIENDLY We’d love to host your pup too! There is a one-time pet fee; please add your dog to the reservation to see the additional fee. Bringing a pet without adding it to your reservation will result in the fee being charged via Airbnb’s Resolution Center. Maximum of 2 dogs. BACKYARD NOT FENCED & STREET NOISE The property sits on an open hilltop (unfenced) with expansive 360° views. It was recently redesigned with trees and privacy walls to create more seclusion, though the yard remains unfenced. The home is conveniently located off a main road to Joshua Tree National Park, so there is street noise from passing traffic. There may also be Mon-Fri construction on east side of property (not the pool and spa side) during Fall ‘25 through Spring ‘26. Guests seeking a fully secure yard, zero street noise or complete seclusion should consider this before booking. EARLY/LATE CHECK-IN & CHECKOUT Available for $50/hr with prior approval and subject to availability. Availability is determined 1–2 days out or even the day of for early check-in. For guaranteed arrangements further in advance or for day use rates, please contact us. CAPACITY The home is ideal for 4-6 guests but can accommodate up to 8 using the air mattress or porch bed. Please note there’s one full bathroom. ACCESSIBILITY The sunken living room requires one step down, and both bathrooms are on the first floor. Guests have full access to the entire property, including the house, wraparound porch, decks, spa, cowboy pool, and outdoor amenities. There is a locked shed and two locked cabinets for our cleaning and maintenance supplies. You’ll receive a private keyless entry code for easy check-in and checkout.
